PEDIGREE & HEALTH INFO

Rosie has already exceeded my expectations as a show cat - she's proven she can BEAT the older & larger male kittens.  Best of all, she brought home multiple BEST ALL-BREED KITTEN awards!  She also graced me with my first best of the best awards (a 3rd Best All-Breed kitten in show & the following weekend earning 2nd best All-Breed kitten in show).

Pictured here with judge Jeff Roberts (one of the wonderful judges who made her Best All-Breed). This shows how much fun Rosie is having showing. She LOVES to play! And her wall full of rosettes shows how much fun I had showing her.

Rosie was bred to IW RW SGC LAPD Hot Purrsuit & delivered a healthy litter of six on Jan 19.

Thanks to Emmons & Lindy Brown for their wonderful care of Rosie and to Hottie for breeding her! We are extremely grateful to have a litter out of Hottie. He was the best all-breed kitten internationally in TICA and does not sire very many litters outside of the LAPD cattery.

I picked Rosie out the minute she was born. She's got that special something and is a treasure.

Rosie had a difficult delivery with her first litter and was spayed. I am happy to report that she's taking excellent care of her six Snow Bunnies and recovered from the surgery very quickly. She has left us to raise her son "Wind Chill" for the Pearce's in Kansas. Parting with Rosie was the most difficult of cats I've placed and I miss her more than words can say, but letting her go to a home where she will be queen is my gift to her.

She is negative for the one known DNA mutation associated with HCM because both of her parents are negative. Her heart & hips were screened clear in the Fall 2007.
